The CORPORATE STARTUP workshop

This workshop is a co-production of Startup Spirit and co-author of The Corporate Startup book Dan Toma.

The workshop is specifically designed for enterprises willing or working on innovation projects. Highlights are the core ecosystem design and corporate startup tools and methods. We will also focus on how ecosystem design in your corporate environment can impact innovation more effectively.

Some of the topics we will cover:

• How to move from innovation projects to an innovation proces?

• Identify the barriers in the organization from a lean project perspective

• Introduce and analyze the core components of The Corporate Startup book: Innovation Thesis; Innovation Strategy; Ecosystem Design; Community and Culture

• How to turn lessons from lean projects into an organizational change (tactics)?

• We continue analyzing elements of attendee ecosystems and where their strenghts and weaknesses are

• How can we take the work we have done in analyzing our strenghts and weaknesses into a real plan of action?

• How can we involve and act in the internal ecosystem? In what way will and can startup cooperate with a corporate?

Cancellation and Refunds

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your registration at least one month before the event start date. If you cancel at least two weeks before the start we will refund 50%. There is no refund if you cancel your registration less than two weeks prior to the event start date.

Replacing delegates: this can be done at no extra cost.

We reserve the right to postpone or cancel this course if there are insufficient registrations. If this is the case, you will be notified five days before the event start date. In this case, you will be offered an alternative date or full refund. We will not be responsible for any other costs incurred.
