About the Events

In every image we capture, there is story.

It does not matter if it is an image of a person, a glorious cityscape, or a micro view of a worm making it’s way after the rain.

“It’s not what you look at that matters, it’s what you see” - Henry David Thoreau

"As a creative, we are capturing and creating so others see what we see," according to our presenter.

Join us for a day of growing in your craft of photography and videography.

Have you ever wanted to know:

  • how to take the best profile pictures or someone else’s (a headshot)?

  • how the best way to take group portraits with natural lighting?

  • how to compose a photograph or capture that image while it’s happening?

  • how to make a compelling testimonial/mini documentary video?

  • how to plan a video so your story or intent actually happens?

Ever wanted to gain some skills that could help you earn a side income in photography or multi-media work?

Come and get some hands on tips about the craft as well as about the growing landscape of creatives.

Whether you are a beginner or advanced in these mediums, join us and shadow and apprentice with a master digital storyteller for a day!
