Staffing for Success

Do you or someone you know have trouble hiring and then KEEPING employees?

The Restaurant industry is notorious for being unable to keep good help. Have you ever wondered why some places are able to have long term employees and yet others seem to have constant turnover?  Do you have people coming in to apply for a job, and you just know by looking at them that they’ll never work out for you?

Well, welcome to the club.

It almost seems like a natural law that people who work in the restaurant and other entry level jobs tend to have a high rate of turnover. Would you like to know what causes this, and more importantly, how you can fix it? One of the first things many businesses attempt is, to increase the hiring pay; that rarely works. All that tends to get you is a higher payroll and more frustration.

Come invest two hours of your time to hear, discuss, and learn to put into practice, proven techniques to help you get on the road to a higher quality, more stable employee base. The focus of the two-hour session will be on qualifying, setting expectations, and motivating employees.

When:

On Tuesday, May 23rd we will be offering the workshop in the morning (8:30 am – 10:30 am) and the afternoon (1:30 pm – 3:30 pm). The workshop will begin and end promptly enabling you to return to your operation in time for your lunch or dinner crowd.

Where:

The El Tropicano Riverwalk Hotel is conveniently located in downtown San Antonio. Parking is available directly across from the hotel entrance.

Registration:

Space is limited in each of the sessions to the first twenty-five paid participants.
