GRIT Athletics Toronto is thrilled to partner with 2-time Olympic champion Natalie Spooner and her team of trainers, as we develop and enhance skating, stick-handling and shooting skills on the ice in all girls hockey sessions.
There is clearly no parallel to a Spooner hockey session combining skills, love of the game and sheer fun!

Session 1b: 9:00am - 10:00am (2006, 2005 birth years only)
Session 2: 10:00am - 11:00am (2009, 2008 birth years only)
Session 3: 11:00am - 12:00am (2007, 2006 birth years only)
Who: Maximum 20 female hockey players per session
