Welcome to SIS User Conference 2018!

Star Information Systems has the pleasure of inviting you to SIS User Conference 2018. This is a great opportunity to gain insight into new product developments and to exchange experiences with Star employees, invited guests and fellow Star users. The conference will be held on board MS Color Fantasy, which will take us on an all-inclusive cruise to Kiel and back to Oslo. 

The word digitalization seems to be on everybody's lips these days. Some people even proclaim that the digital transformation that takes place around us is so groundbreaking that it can justifiably be called the fourth industrial revolution.

No matter how you look at it, increasing connectivity, integration, data aggregation and information access pose new challenges and provide new opportunities. In SIS we're closely monitoring developments in the shipping and offshore industries - focusing on how Star software can help companies tap into this potential to automate processes, increase overview, boost efficiency, ensure operational safety and save costs.

We're also concerned about how our software is actually used out there. Are end users taking full advantage of functionality and automation opportunities that can help them work smarter and more efficiently? We believe there may be an untapped potential here too. We want to help our customers get the most out of their investment.

In both respects, your participation and feedback is essential. What are your experiences from the field? What are your expectations, ideas and visions for maritime software in the years to come? Are there ways to improve our products services that we at SIS are not aware of? The title of our upcoming User Conference is meant to signal an open attitude and room for discussion. Together we may find some answers - and don't forget that this is a great opportunity for you to influence our products and services in the future.

The conference fee is invoiced to your company in your company's preferred currency. It covers the conference itself, cruise Oslo - Kiel - Oslo with accommodation and all meals included, and entertainment on Wednesday night.
