Join us for a Silent yoga class at North Avenue Beach 

What it is: a beachside yoga class where everyone wears headphones that will drown out all other distractions, listening to the beats from the DJ and instructor’s voice only.

How can I hear the instructor?: The instructor’s guidance is piped directly through the headphones

Why?: Each yogi is in control of their own experience. One can tune into soothing yogi sounds while their neighbor lotus poses to their favorite upbeat house music, and neither disrupts the other’s flow.

What should I bring? water and your yoga mat; noise-cancelling headphones will be provided. Post-class, enjoy a brunch mimosa.

Your tickets includes yoga, heaphones, 1 Mimosa & additional suprises which will be provided at the venue.
This is a sensory experience of mindfulness and peace. After yoga, you are encouraged to enjoy a mimosa and snacks with your friends at the bar.
The Class starts at 10am.
