Cancellation policy

Cancellations received 10 working days before the conference will receive a refund, less a $100 administration fee. Notifications of cancellation must be received by May 5, 2017. Registrations may be transferred to another member of the same organization, if notification is received via email at least one day prior to the conference. If the event is cancelled, the conference registration fee will be refunded, and the organizer will not be held liable for any other expenses.
