Welcome to the pre-registration for Project SEAPonyCon. Things should be straightforward here but if they are not, allow us to explain.
e.g. Single Journey & Economy Class
Basic tickets are what they say on the tin. With a basic ticket you get unlimited access to all public areas of the convention so long as they are open. You can pickup your badge at the convention through the pre-registration counter.
e.g. Group Booking & Squad Goal
Group tickets are the same as Basic tickets but their corresponding badges must be picked up from the Group Booking counter by a representative. The representative is then responsible for distributing the purchased tickets among the attendees in the group. Please note that the prices quoted in the above list is per individual ticket.
e.g. Premium Economy & Basic Tickets with Add-Ons
You will be granted access to special privileges on top of your basic ticket. Some of these will allow you to pick up your badge from a dedicated counter or jump certain queues.
e.g. Cloudsdale Skysuite & Business Class
These top-tier tickets will grant you privileges and allow you to skip queues. You are advised to identify yourself if you are holding such a ticket as to better facilitate your privileges. You are not allowed to share these privileges with other attendees who do not hold a similar or superior ticket.
Tickets sold are not refundable. They are, however, transferable. Should you want to transfer a ticket to a friend, you are responsible for ensuring that all details are correctly entered and for the delivery of the ticket to its intended recepient. Project SEAPonyCon and its organisers are not responsible if you are unable to retrieve your ticket. It is important that ticket details are matched to the ticket holder. You may be removed from the convention if you are unable to prove that you are the rightful owner of the ticket/badge you are holding. Make sure that you bring along a form of photo ID with you (e.g. Passport, Student ID, Drivers' License, NRIC, MyKad etc.)
You may not transfer a ticket after it has been redeemed or collected. You will be refused entry into the convention venue if you are unable to produce a registered badge or a valid ticket.
