Please register EACH ATTENDEE, (regardless of age), for the ‘Hydrocephalus Awareness Day on Capitol Hill’ who will be joining us on Capitol Hill.
Come and help Raise Awareness for Hydrocephalus and have a memorable Washington, DC weekend with your friends and family at the same time!
AGENDA:
Thursday, August 18th: The PHF will host a private reception @ the Embassy Suites for all our guests on Thursday evening at 7pm. Buffet Dinner will be served.
This year's theme will be "State Pride"; Come in your favorite State Apparel; (example- Favorite team, college/university, etc.)
Friday, August 19th:
8:30am: Morning Session: Day on Capitol Hill to meet with Congressional Offices.
* The PHF will be hosting a catered private lunch for all attendees and special invited guests from Congress. *
12:30pm - 2:00pm: Lunch will be available
2:30pm: Afternoon Session: Guest Speakers
FREE Round trip Bus service will be provided.
ALL event activites including FREE private reception on Thursday evening, FREE bus service to Capitol Hill, FREE catered private luncheon will be provided by the PHF and our amazing sponsors.
