Open Floor: Here I Stand

We all have been given a lot to live up to this lifetime. Some of which has been put upon us by ourselves, others, or Spirit driving our unique Soul to follow our calling. This workshop is an opportunity to explore and demonstrate our personal power while we lead each other together finding where it is we stand when navigating this life and the ever-changing path.

• How do you meet another who is different from a stance of compassion?

During this 3-hour workshop we'll explore through conscious dance how it is we embody the way we stand in the face of change.

Open Floor Movement practice is the embodied exploration of the weave of our subjective experience through dance for building muscular and emotional intelligence, mindfulness and soulfulness. It is a dance floor discovery zone where we move and include: good days and tough ones, passion, hesitance, joy, sorrow, births, deaths, and everything in between. There are no steps to learn and no way to do it wrong.
