Have you ever struggled working with a group? This interactive session helps you evaluate what is actually occurring in the group that may be impacting your ability to work together. You will learn how to assess the situation and gain specific strategies that build buy-in and lead to progress. We will also discuss and practice strategies to have difficult conversations in order to develop a culture of high expectations and support for your staff.
