This team meeting will focus on trainig MRC members on Stop the Bleed (tourniquet training). Every MRC member to attend training will leave certified and with a tourniquet for their preparedness kit!
The Orange County Medical Reserve Corps (OCMRC) is a group of credentialed, organized medical and non-medical volunteers who assist during public health emergencies such as a major communicable disease outbreak, earthquake, flood, fire, or acts of terrorism. OCMRC volunteers work with the Health Care Agency to assist the local community during disasters. OCMRC also supports public health needs throughout the year by assisting in flu and other immunization clinics.
