We have 3 catagories this year:

Intermediate 

Advanced 

Iron Man

 

To compete in the Iron Man you must have participated in the advanced catagory without swimming. An entry fee of £5 will be paiable on the day for those wishing to participate in the Iron Man Catagory.

 

Please only enter the Advanced catagory if you feel that you can successfull paddle the whole Advanced section (grade 4) as detailed in the race description on facebook.

Please only enter the Intermediate catagory if you do not feel comfortable racing on the advanced section but still feel comfortable to paddle the intermediate section (grade 3+)
