The annual conference provides 1) hiring managers and human resources professionals with the strategies of recruiting today’s competitive military talent, discuss the value of employing veterans and their spouses, and encourage them to adopt military friendly hiring practices, 2) our veterans the opportunities for successful lives through a ‘job and career fair’ where we give employers the chance to find out the unique skills and value our veterans add to a workplace as well as give our veterans the chance to interact with employers and highlight their skills and talents.
