10am – Welcome!
Have a little coffee & a bite to eat.
10:30am – Gold Class Workout
45 min Mind + Body workout. Set your intention for the day or week, get the creaks out and make your heart beat. Bring your yoga mat.
11:30-3pm – Treat Yo Self!
Grab a coffee, glass of wine/sangria, and relax in the Light Lab's beautiful space. Enjoy a little retail therapy and shop with local vendors. Treat yourself to a massage or Mani/Pedi. If time allows, we’ll invite you to enjoy as many services as we can squeeze in!
Stay for the entire day or pop in at any time.
