The Missouri Certified Emergency Manager Program (MoCEM) is an emergency management certification given to those professionals who combine education, experience, initiative, innovation and dedication to become leaders in his or her profession.
MoCEM certification is obtained by those who can effectively achieve the goals and objectives of comprehensive emergency management in the state of Missouri.
