Attract and Train: Developing a Workforce for the New Metal Construction Industry

Metal Construction News will host a summit of leaders in the metal construction industry in Chicago on April 11-12. The summit will address the most pressing issue we are all facing, a shortage of labor in construction.

Beginning with a reception Wednesday evening and continuing through Thursday, this event will help you learn more about the best practices other contractors are using to attract and train quality workers. In addition, we will discuss what the industry can do to improve its ability to attract the best talent. We will report the results in a special issue of Metal Construction News in July.
