KMOC Seminar: Self-Defense on Mass Transit with Ron Rotem

Krav Maga of Orange County is excited to have Ron Rotem, Lead Instructor at Traditional Krav Maga (TKM) association in Israel, conduct a "Self-Defense on Mass Transit" seminar at our Irvine location on Saturday, January 28th, from 10:00am - 2:00pm.

This seminar will address self-defense scenarios vs. threats and attacks on mass transit vehicles like buses, trains, and airplanes. Participants will learn how to defend in close quarters situations with limited mobility against unarmed and armed attackers.

This reality-based training will address real-life attacks and scenarios taken from actual events occurring in communities in Israel

Ron Rotem is a 4th Degree Black Belt in Krav Maga and has studied Krav Maga for 20 years. He is a lead instructor at Traditional Krav Maga (TKM) in Israel. His Krav Maga experience includes the following:

• Former Head of the Krav Maga department in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF).

• Former Head Instructor of Self-Defense for the National Israeli Prison Service (IPS)

• In his mandatory service in the IDF, Ron served as a shooting and Krav Maga instructor for a special reconnaissance infantry unit - Sayert Egoz

• Served on the security staff for a variety of national organizations in Israel

• He is a Wingate certified Krav Maga instructor and Wingate certified Martial Arts Trainer (Senior Instructor)
