  • Pasta Carbonnara made from hand-made spaghetti, romano pecorino, guianciale and organic eggs
  • Roasted rack of lamb with a rosemary crust, fagioli and broccoli rabe
  • Chocolate and raspberry semifreddo and hazelnut croccante
