Cancellation policy If you can no longer make it to the conference, you have three cancellation options: 1. You can cancel your tickets at any time and we will refund you in full, with no cancellation fees. 2. If you would like to transfer your ticket to a friend / colleague, please e-mail us on mary@isaac-international.org to let us know the name of the person you are transferring your ticket to. 3. We would also like to give you the opportunity to ‘pay forward’ your ticket, to sponsor someone who would otherwise be unable to go to the conference for financial reasons. If you would like us to give your ticket to someone we know would benefit from it, please e-mail us on mary@isaac-international.org.
