IABC/Calgary Open Board Meeting

LOCATION CHANGE. Due to overwhelming response from our members, we've run out of capacity at the original meeting space. Our new meeting location will be Meeting Room 1 at Memorial Park Library (1221 2nd Street SW Calgary AB T12R 1N8). The library will be closed as of 5 pm, so please go to the front entrance of the library only and inform the security guard you are with IABC.

Join the IABC/Calgary board for the chapter’s second open board meeting of the year.

The meeting will be followed by presentations from two of Calgary’s seasoned communicators, who will be sharing their winning Gold Quill award entries as case studies in communications best practice.

The event is free to attend. Networking begins at 5 pm, followed by the board meeting and presentations at 5:30 pm. Light refreshments and dinner will be served.

Presenters:

Shauna Lowry will be presenting her work at Suncor, "Leadership Communication: Meaningful Conversations," which won a Silver Leaf Award of Excellence in the Internal Communication Training category.

Rob Gray and Jo Moss will be presenting their work at Alliance Pipeline, "Transform: Supporting Business Change," which won a Gold Quill Award of Excellence in the Change Communication category.
