Love is not a mystery anymore! Research has shown that 70-75% of couples move from distress to recovery and about 90% have even greater improvements that tends to last.
In this workshop, you will learn how to have conversations that build connection and trust, how to manage conflict, and how to strengthen your relationship. We use video, lecture, group discussion, and real live examples to demonstrate concepts, and the give you an apportunity to practice learned concepts in your dyad.
