GRIT Hockey Sessions are designed and run by world class professional hockey coaches committed to longitudinal learning and development.
These advanced sessions are designed to build a development curriculum rooted in the expanding on the foundations of hockey and structured to maximize player development over time. Weekly sessions will be customized, high tempo, engaging and always based in developing a deeper love for the game of hockey.
This an excellent way to start a Saturday in a positive, stress free learning environment with small group high quality instruction.
The skate will focus on advanced Skating, Skills and Shooting and will feature some of the best coaches in the GTA.

Saturday mornings, 6:00am - 7:00am, 10 sessions
