This is not your typical shoot out. The design will be carefully curated by Tristan Needham Design out of Savannah, Georgia, and the attendees will be treated to a highend styled shoot unlike any other. We will have professional models in couture bridal gowns, banquet table setup, and invitation suite.
FAQs
1. What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?
Parking is free at the site. There's plenty of parking spaces available. You are responsible for your own transportation. Please arrive a minimum 30 minutes prior to your shoot start time for checking in.
2. Is it a film photographer only shoot out?
Not at all! All photographers are welcome. Film & digital.
3. Can I bring lighting equipment?
The venue does not allow beauty dish/soft boxes, or other lighting equipment that requires a tripod. We also highly recommend you to NOT bring any artificial lighting since it takes much longer to setup and might intrude on other attendee's ability to shoot effectively.
4. How can I contact the organizer with any questions?
On the event date, you may contact Tristan Neednam for additional questions. Please keep in mind that cell phone reception is extremely poor at the venue. Please arrive early enough to avoid missing your time slot.
5. What happens if I am late to my time slot?
Your time slot is actual shooting time. So please minimum 30 minutes earlier than your scheudled time to prepare for the shoot. Your shooting time will NOT be able to be extended should you arrive late.
6. What's the refund policy?
Once your fee is paid, there will be no refund available. But the fee may be transferred to another person. However the fees will not be able to be applied to future events.
7. What if the shoot is cancelled?
If the shoot is cancelled, all monies collected shall be returned. If shoot is cancelled due to force majeur or inclement weather, a new shoot will be rescheduled and all efforts will be made to acommmodate all attendees.
