Join your DSG friends as we head to to The General Store & Co. for a special event to benefit DSG! This will be a volunteer opportunity for our teens and adults with Down syndrome to come to the store with their families. Families can shop, while teens and adults learn some job skills and volunteer to help run the store. Small refreshments will be provided. Teens and adults can sign up for a certain time frame to stop by. You certainly are not required to stay the entire time. This is an open house style event. There will also be a craft table open for kids/teens/adults to enjoy. Be aware that some merchandise in the store has adult language. 

If you plan to attend, please sign up for a time frame so we know how many to expect. This will not be a staffed DSG event as parents will remain on site. Some DSG staff will be there the entire time to greet our DSG families. Hope to see your family there!

DSG seeks to provide the entire community with information and education to broaden awareness and foster positive attitudes regarding people with Down syndrome.
