This class is tribal, celebratory, and ecstatic fusing earthy dance movements for therapeutic release and enjoyment. It is relaxing and fast-paced, barefoot and deeply rooted, with communion to the Earth, “Gaia,” and the energies of the body, with yoga stretch and guided meditation for cool down. All levels are welcome! Children over 10 are welcome with an adult. Cost is $30 per month (the first Thursday) or $10 drop-in.
