On Monday 30th October at 7pm you will have the chance to pitch your idea and receive feedback before applying to the 2018 Pears Short Film Fund at UK Jewish Film.
 
Every year two £10,000 grants are available for the production of a short film. Those awarded are chosen by a judging panel of British film and television industry professionals. Suggested themes are interfaith, assimilation, integration and issues that connect with Jewish life, history or culture worldwide. Maximum length: 10 minutes.

The scheme is open to all filmmakers who are residents of the UK. The deadline is 12th January 2018.

If you want to pitch your idea during FilmLab 8, please email us before Thursday 26th October with your name, the title of the film you want to pitch, and one short line about it. If you're not ready to pitch your idea we would still love to hear from you, so please come along!  
 
FilmLab8 is produced in association with MetFilm School and
will take place on Monday, October 30th at 7:00pm.
