Welcome to the pre-registration site for Project SEAPonyCon! Choose a ticket from the list above to proceed. All room bookings include convention tickets for two or for attendees respectively.
STANDARD TICKETS
Unlike Project SEAPonyCon in 2017, there is only one type of ticket at Fiesta SEAPonyCon. Registration is simple and straight to the point. There are no VIP queues, no exclusive entrances and no reserved seating. Everyone's equal here! ;)
ACCOMMODATION
All accommodation arrangements are at the City Beach Resort, which is also the venue of Fiesta SEAPonyCon. The price you see on this page are for a one night stay plus ticket, which is for the night of Saturday 27 October. To book additional nights, select your preferred room from this page and proceed to the next step to add more nights to your stay.
ADDITIONAL NIGHTS
We have options to add Friday (26 Oct) and/or Sunday (28 Oct) night to your registration. You can do this after selecting which room you want from this screen. To add more nights for a longer stay, please contact us at daniel@SEAPonyCon.com. We will arrange a booking and send you an invoice.
CUSTOM ARRANGEMENTS
There are only twin and quad rooms available at the hotel. As for now we cannot guarantee that we can book adjescent rooms for large groups or to help you find a room sharing partner. If you would like to discuss this with friends, join our Discord server at http://discord.SEAPonyCon.com.

*A note about the Free T-Shirt (Message in a Bottle/Party Pack only)
Your Free T-Shirt will be produced under the Retrofits Initiative by Project SEAPonyCon. We will be acquiring pre-loved apparel for this which will be washed and sanitised. While care will be taken to ensure that your T-shirt fits the size you specify, we are unable to provide a guarantee for this. Thus we will not be accepting returns/exchanges for the Free T-Shirts included with the Party Pack and Message in a Bottle packages.
