Terms & Conditions:
1. Payment: Payment in full is due when the registration is submitted. Please mark all payments as 2017 Fall Crawl and Make Checks Payable to Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs.
2. Cancellation/Refund: Once registration has been submitted and payment has been confirmed, the cancellation/refund policy is as follows:
Two months prior to the event: 50% Refund will be given
One month or less prior to the event: No refund will be given.
3. The Fall Crawl is a sanctioned event of the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs, Inc. The event is open only to people who are a member of a Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs, Inc. Member Club or Supporting Business Member organization. Upon authorization of the Executive Officers of the Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs, Inc. special guests such as event sponsors may be permitted to attend the event.
4. The Northeast Association of 4WD Clubs shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or any other act as a result of attending the Fall Crawl.
5. Registration for trail selections is on a first-come-first-serve basis. Trail Swapping will not be allowed unless you receive prior authorization from the Event Staff.
