Elim Group 18-001

Elim Groups consist of 8 to 12 owners of small and midsize businesses. They meet monthly for a five-month series of educational of workshops that walk them through the five stages of enterprise value maturity:  identify value, protect value, build value, harvest value, and manage value. Each workshop takes about two hours and includes facilitated discussion of a strategic question, a lesson on that month’s value maturity stage, and a practical exercise. At the end of five months, business owners will understand what drives the market value of their company and how to measure that value, how to protect the value of their business, how to systematically build value, the various options for harvesting that value, and managing the value once they have converted it into actual wealth. Elim Groups are carefully constructed to ensure that direct competitors are not part of the same group. This helps group members be open and honest in their interacts so all members get maximum benefit from participation.

ELIM Group 18-001 will meet beginning March 28, 2018 at 11:30 AM at the Tower Club in Tysons, VA.  The group will meet thereafter on the last Wednesday of the next four months 25 April, 30 May, 27 June, and 25 July.

The quoted price is a flat fee for participation.
