· Pre-Registration
o Civic Center: 9:00 pm - 11:00 pm
o Holiday Inn: 4:00 pm - 6:30 pm
o Marriott Residence Inn: 10:00 pm
· Congress Musical
o Doors will open at 7:30pm
MONDAY, FEBRUAURY 19, 2018
· On-site Registration
o On-site registration will be at the Civic Center. 8AM -12:30PM
· Schedule:
o 8:30 am - 9:00 am Consecration Prayer
o 9:00 am – 10:00 am General Session
o 10:00 am - 12:30 pm Class
o 12:30 pm - 2:00 pm Lunch
o 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm Afternoon Session (Adults)
· Additional Notes:
o Teachers will need to finish their classes on time to ensure the transition for lunch flows smoothly.
The children will remain in the same classroom for the full day.
