We will shed light on the power of self-acceptance and offer awareness-building tools to allow for a more honest dating experience.

 

In this 5-week workshop you will learn:

*     - How to better navigate the process and take the game out of dating

*     - To identify your love language

*     - To identify gender-role obstacles in dating

*     - To build awareness of your wants and needs

*     - How to connect values to needs

*     - Mindfulness in the dating process

*    -  Effective communication in dating
