Inspired by The Well North Shore's first art show, Art Tells A Story, on July 22, we will use art materials and processes to explore our creative and curious sides intuitively. A selection of watercolor paints, acrylic paints, pastels, block prints, and collage materials will be offered to guide our art exploration and attention to an intuitive flow, calm state. No previous art skill is required, only an openness and curiosity to try art materials for creative self -discovery.
Join registered art therapist and licensed clinical professional counselor Mignon Dupepe in experiencing the joyful, playful, calming knowing in creative self-discovery.
