Club MSM Alpine Registration 2017-18

All families should register their athlete(s) online at www.clubmsm.org and print out their registration confirmation to bring to the in-person registration. When registering online, please remember to include the one per family items (listed below) as this is what generates the database for both the alpine and club membership. Along with the confirmation of registration printout, please bring the completed and signed SQA/ACA race card registration and waiver/code of conduct forms. You can find both on the www.clubmsm.org website. A $500 deposit per athlete is required at on-site registration. The balance can be paid by post-dated cheque, by email transfer to payment@clubmsm.org , or through PayPal by November 15, 2016. Failure to pay in full before start of program (either regular season or pre-season camp if applicable) renders the racer unable to join the team until paid in full.
