Central Missouri All Star Gym , 1501 1-70 Complex Court, Columbia, Missouri , 65202, United States.

Children 11 years and younger (practicing from 6-7 PM) will work on gross motor skills while also working on the fundamentals of tumbling, balance, core strength and flexibility. Teens and adults 12 years and older (practicing from 7-8 PM) will work on the basics of cheerleading, jumps and stunting.
