The CBI's Level III:  Coordinator class offers instructions and guidance for the CCIC Coordinator:

  • Updating agency information
  • Requesting and retiring ORI's
  • Requesting TID's
  • Requesting system access for users (OSN's, CLEIN, CoG, RISS, LEEP)
  • Resetting user passwords
  • Station/TID copying and routing
  •  CCIC and IT Security audits
  • ORI validations
  • Vendor management
  • System misuse

Prerequisites: Must be an agency CCIC Coordinator or alternate Coordinator.

Trainer: To be announced.

Students will attend a 4-hour class on these topics, after which they will be directed to take a 10-question exam to complete within two weeks. After the successful completion of the exam, the student will be issued a certificate of proficiency in CCIC Level III: Coordinator.
