Plancation 2018!
Plancation is the Arizona Planner Girls 3rd annual summer social event. We get together to talk about all things planner related, and get some planning done! This is an opportunity for you to take a break for a girls weekend, learn new ways to use your planner, and connect with other ladies that share your passion.

Frequently asked Planner Girl Questions
Q: Will There Be A Block Of Rooms?
A: The cost of our rooms be $94+ tax per night. Staying at the hotel is optional and is not included in your ticket price. Each attendee is responsible for their own travel, and hotel arrangements. We will have a roommate link up option in the private FB group for you to find a roommate.
Q: Will There Be A Swag Bags?!?
A: Well of course! We will be curating a small swag bag for the event. Swag is not included in the cost of the ticket. Swag items are donated by hard working small business owners that choose to donate promotional items that showcase their business.
Q: Will Food Be Served?
A: Yes. Friday light snacks will be served. Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, and Snacks will be served on breaks. Sunday Breakfast will be served. Water, Coffee & Tea will be served though out Saturday’s sessions.
Q: What is happening for dinner on Friday & Saturday?
A: Dinner is on your own. There are several restaurants with in 10 minutes of the hotel. For those of you staying at the hotel there is a shuttle provided by the hotel to take you anywhere you’d like to go with in a 5 mile radius of the venue.
Q. Should I decorate my planner?
A. Leave the week after Plancation open, we will be providing you with materials for that week at the event.
Q. What should I bring?
A. See the list above.
Q. What should I wear?
A. This is a casual event, dress comfortably. The event will be located inside and it is the summer in Phoenix, so pay attention to the weather, and dress accordingly. While this event is indoors, going outside will be hot.
Q. Can I bring snacks?
A. Yep! You are able to bring snacks and drinks for yourself, or your table.

Terms & Conditions
All Tickets Are Non Refundable and Transferrable only upon written approval by event organizers.
Ticket holders must be 18 years of age at the time of the event or older.
Early Bird Tickets are $200 + $10.87 processing fee for a total of $210.87 through 3/23/2010.
Camp Plancation General Admission Tickets go up by $25 + Processing Fees on 3/23/2018 until 4/14/2018. Any remaining tickets after 4/15/2018 will be available for $250 through 5/9/2018 when all ticket sales end.
Swag is gifted to attendee’s of the conference only. Should you not be able to attend, the swag and any materials are forfeited.
Items from the event will not be shipped to you, or give to another attendee to be delivered. They will be forfeited.
By purchasing a ticket you grant permission to Arizona Planner Girls as well as its sponsors, hotel and event partners, to use photos or video of you without further authorization or compensation to you or anyone acting on your behalf.
By purchasing a ticket you agree Arizona Planner Girls has permission to share your name, email, and instagram info with a team we will be creating in conjunction with the event. You agree that should you choose not to receive emails you will reply STOP to the person sending, and they will comply.
You agree you will not record or stream the event sessions with out permission of the event organizers.
