Kristy Duncan founded Women in Payments® in 2012, and has grown the initiative to include Canada, the US, Australia and the UK. After a 13-year career at a leading Canadian bank, Kristy consulted for a number of years in payments, where her work included research, strategy, product positioning, stakeholder facilitation, and other initiatives that educate and connect people in the payments ecosystem.
Kari Browne is a Sr Client Partner in Korn Ferry International’s New York office and co-head of the firm's FinTech & Transaction Processing Services practice in the Global Technology Services Market.
Marjan Delatinne joined Ripple in April 2017 as Sales Director for Europe where she leads Ripple's sales efforts for financial institutions in Europe. Delatinne sells Ripple's commercial blockchain solution to banks looking to offer more competitive cross-border payment services and to join Ripple's growing global network.

Carolyn joined ACI Worldwide in December 2006. She has led the Financial Planning & Analysis Team and held other Operational Leadership positions at the company. Prior to joining ACI Worldwide, Carolyn worked at GE Healthcare where she held Finance Leadership roles and completed the Financial Management Program (FMP). Carolyn is Six Sigma Green Belt Certified and holds her MBA from Fordham University and Bachelor of Science from Miami University.
