Your trainer, Cindy Calvano, CDT, CD, AAHCC, EBBI, LLLL, MSEd, will take you through a transformative, yummy two-day weekend intensive.  Classes will be held roughly 9 AM - 6:00pm each day.  You'll learn many of the skills necessary to be a compassionate, successful doula, and walk with birthing people on their journey to and through parenthood.  The workshop will include tons of information, videos, hands-on activities, ethics, business tools, and SO much more.
 
BONUS: All 2017 attendees will receive a copy of our printed manual as part of your training fee!


Cindy truly cares about birthing families, evidence based care, and her students- and this is evident in her workshops.  She is earthy, genuine, and has a sense of humor, making workshops with her gentle and dynamic.  You'll spend the weekend with other amazing birthkeepers, and learn not just about being a birth doula, but about yourself.

Over 20,000 people have trained with BAI, and yet we maintain an intimate one on one student experience. Tree of Life Wellness Services' workshops are designed for aspiring doulas, those looking to re-certify or cross-certify, and anyone else who would like to learn more about helping birthing people during pregnancy, labor, and immediate postpartum.
