Awakening Your Intimate Self
Fri 31st March (6pm) – Sun 2nd April (4pm)
With Tim Foskett & Tom Cowan
A Loving Men Connections Weekend in the South Downs, East Sussex.
Loving Men Connections Weekends happen occasionally through the year and provide opportunities to meet bi & gay men in a more intimate setting. They include activities that help you make connections with yourself and other people and explore different aspects of the intimacy process.
This workshop will focus on waking up the parts of yourself that are integral to intimate relating – as well as addressing any resistances you may have to fully engaging in intimate relationships with others. We’ll use the energy of Spring to open ourselves to the possibilities of intimate connection as the year unfolds.
The workshop will include small and large group work, yoga and movement sessions. The workshop is suitable for gay/bi men whether you are single or in relationship(s). No previous experience of Loving Men events is required, just a willingness to be open to the process. To find out more about Loving Men events see www.lovingmen.org and this info sheet.
Our venue for the event is Gayles, a beautiful retreat centre situated in the outstanding countryside of the South Downs in East Sussex. Gayles is 15 miles from Brighton, a 90 minute drive from London and easily accessible by public transport. See http://www.retreattogayles.co.uk/ for more information. Food at the event is vegetarian and with sufficient notice it may be possible to provide vegan, dairy-free and wheat-free diets.
