Our venue is the Heathrow Marriott Hotel where we held our previous events and which has further improved its impressive business facilities through a multi-million pound improvement programme, winning the 2016 ‘European Hotel Design Awards’ and ‘Best Hotel for Events’ at the London Venue Awards!
We have block-reserved a limited number of rooms at special rates starting at £134 (inc. VAT) and including breakfast and wi-fi, compared to the standard rate of £199.

Cancellations: This is a prepaid event and all registrations are considered binding. If you cannot attend you must request consideration of cancellation of your registration as soon as possible, always in writing via email to firstname.lastname@example.org. If granted, we may levy an administrative charge to cover our extra work and other costs which may already have been incurred on your behalf. We may at our discretion accept a substitute delegate (please refer to substitutions section below). Failure to attend the event will not be refunded. Cancellations requested less than 6 weeks before the start date of the event date will not be refunded.
Substitutions: We may at our discretion accept a substitute delegate. If accepted we will charge an administrative fee of £50. Please request the substitution in writing via email to email@example.com stating the name, job title, email address & telephone number of both the registered and proposed substitute delegate. Please note that if a substitute is accepted, the original invoice will not be cancelled nor payments refunded and an additional invoice will be raised with the aforementioned administrative fee in the name of the substitute delegate.
Payment: Full payment must be received in cleared funds on our bank account no later than 15 days from the REGISTRATION date. If your registration is made less than 21 days before the conference starts, payment must be received in cleared funds to our bank account no less than 2 full working days before the event takes place. Otherwise we reserve the right to refuse entry and without refund and without liability for any costs arising from cancellation to the registrant, including but not limited to airfares and hotel costs.
Promotion: all attendees consent to their company logo and photographs taken by our representatives inside the Event common areas and may be used by Aviation Carbon Events Ltd on our website to help promote our events. We do this in a professional way and normally using photographs of groups of attendees. For the use of photographs showing individual people who are not commonly in the public / press arena, we will use best efforts to request their permission first. We may provide our sponsors and partners with your name, organisation, and business email address ahead / after the Event so that they can send you a request to meet and advise you or their product. Other contact / personal details will not be provided. You may opt out from the provision of this limited contact information. Acceptance of these terms is required for registration.
