Anthro East Coast (AEC) is a two day convention that takes place in Halifax, Nova Scotia at the Dalhousie Student Union, and York Redoubt from August 11-12th, 2018. This years theme is 'A Backyard BBQ'!
Originally referred to as just the 'OMGWTFBBQ', the 14th annual ‘meet’ has evolved into a two day convention that has adopted a new name Anthro East Coast. Running for it’s 14th year, It is the largest furry convention in Atlantic Canada hosting attendees from all over the Atlantic provinces, across Canada- and even from the United States! Attendance has grown each year; with 55 attendees in 2011, 70 in 2012, “over 80” in 2014, estimated 100 in 2015 and a grand total of 153 in 2017!
