Bringing together the early Western theories or neurosis, Five Elements Acupuncture, and the TCM Internal Medicine category of Yu (stagnation) Syndrome, this presentation explores how patient's emotion-based disorders may be effectively diagnosed and treated within the two main paradigms of Traditional Chinese Medicine.

David has a background in psychology, and a lecturer with Endeavour College of Natural Health. He has been in private practice as a Naturopath for over 25 years, and currently a PhD candidate with University of Technology Sydney, investigating the use of herbal medicine for the treatment of anxiety.

Diana has been a Naturopath and Medical Herbalist for over 25 years. Her clinical practice focuses on children's health. Diana is a lecturer with Endeavour College of Natural Health and in 2016, was accepted as a PhD candidate with the University of Technology Sydney, for her research project investigating the use of herbal medicine to promote breastfeeding.
