An evening with John Eales

In conjunction with Streem, Commtract is delighted to invite you to an evening with John Eales.

John Eales is one of Australia's all-time rugby greats, but in addition to this he is an inspirational leader and businessman, with qualities that extend much further than his exceptional skill on the football field. 

After an illustrious rugby career, John went on to become the co-founder of the Mettle Group, a consultancy specialising in Leadership and corporate culture.

He is on the boards of Flight Centre Travel Group, Magellan Financial Group, FujiXerox DMS, Palladium Group and John West Logistics. He has authored two books, is a columnist with The Australian, and consults to major Australian companies including Westpac.

John continues to inspire by focusing on the importance of coaching, teamwork and culture within corporations, particularly in times of change, in order to remain composed in the face of aggressive competition.

In an interactive evening, John will discuss the lessons he has learned through his life experience and research, the intersection of sport and media and his advice for future leaders.
