Exhibitors will have a chance to display, sell or take bookings of their products and services throughout the day to potential brides, grooms and everyone else involved in the wedding planning process.
Exhibitors will also have the opportunity to provide 100 gift bag items(optional & included in price, must be provided within 1 week of the event). These are used for your benefit as a sample of the quality of your products and services as well as an alternative way to remember you after the event and for follow up. These items help to differentiate you from your competitor and will not be discarded so easily if thought out attentively.
All packages, except gift bag only sponsor, will be provided with a list of leads from the brides who register. Exhibitors are required to donate a door prize.

Set-Up/Take-Down:
Set-up will be on Saturday February 17, 2018 from 5-9pm. You must at least check in on Saturday.
All setup must be complete before 11:45am on Sunday February 18, 2018 and NO take down before 4pm on Sunday February 18, 2018
Doors will be open for exhibitors on Sunday February 18 at 11am
Venue Info:
No confetti or open flames. You are responsible for any damages should you do so. There is white draping behind all booths. ‘S’ hooks will be available to hang from. These will not hold a ton of weight so plan accordingly.
No table linens are provided on your 6 foot table.
Power is supplied to ALL booths. You must bring your own extension cords and I suggest labeling them well.
There is a ton of free parking. Please park further away from the doors during the event so our guests can access us more easily.
Admission:
A $5 admission will be charged. The bride will also be required to register at the door and give consent to be contacted. This information is to include: Name, phone number, email address and wedding date. Airdrie Events does ask that you respect any ‘No’s’ by the bride and understand that they are very busy and may have many other companies trying to reach them with offers as well.
Additional Advertising:
Airdrie Events advertises everywhere. Including but not limited to; 3 local newspapers, signage, radio, Blush Magazine, Facebook, kijiji.
Additional Information:
An ATM will be available on site. Please bring a float if you will be making sales on site.
There is a lounge onsite to order food and drinks.
