5-Day CONFLICT COACHING TRAINING

(3-Day Basic and 2-Day Advanced)

The Conflict Coaching Matters 3-Day basic training prepares you to coach the CCM conflict coaching model that has been used by dispute resolution and human resource professionals in government, private sector, social service and higher education organizations throughout the United States.

3-Day Basic – October 30, 31, & November 1, 2017

and/or

2-Day Advanced – November 2 & 3, 2017

 

(Stage 4: Skills Development, Coaching as Wrap Around)

 

**PA-CLEs, NASW CEUs, 6.5 Core CEUs (for each training day) for International Coaching Federation and Human Resource Association (HRCI)

 

Registration Limits & Completion. Registration is limited and honored on a first paid basis. Registration is only considered complete once the total payment has been processed. If the course is oversubscribed preference for limited seating will be given to registrants for the full five-day training.

 

Registration Cancellation, Transfer & Postponement. All requests for registration cancellations, transfers, and postponements must be made in writing. Cancellation – Cancellations/refunds are only available 10 days prior to the start of training. The refund payment (minus a 20% processing fee) will be made within 30 days after the end of the training. Transfer – Registration is transferable between individuals anytime prior to the start of training. No fee applies. Postponement – Postponement requests for health or other emergency circumstances will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of CCM. If a postponement request is granted, the registrant or transfer designee will have one year from the date of the initially scheduled training to take part in another open enrollment training offered by CCM. A 10% processing fee must be paid when registering for a make-up training.

 

Other Details. Conflict Coaching Matters LLC is not responsible for any participant expenses incurred due to terrorism or acts of God, including all types of extreme weather. In the unlikely event the scheduled trainer(s) cannot lead the program, CCM may provide other qualified personnel. Training participants are responsible for their own hotel accommodations, food and transportation needs. Beverages and light snacks will be provided.

NOTE: Students traveling from New York City who are staying at the hotel can arrange free shuttle service to and from the Albany Train Station directly with the hotel. A block of rooms have been set aside at a special training rate of $99 per night. Upon registration, you will be given a special code to secure this rate. Other lodging options are available within driving distance of the hotel. Those traveling by car will find free parking available at the hotel.
