Online Retailer Conference and Exhibition and Online Retailer Kickstart are events owned and operated by Reed Exhibitions Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 47 000 146 921)("Reed Exhibitions").
Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the purchasing your ticket. By purchasing your ticket either through this website or manually you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you choose not to be bound by the terms and conditions, Reed Exhibitions does not grant you the right to purchase a ticket and you must make clear that you do not agree to the terms and conditions at the time of purchase. Failure to make Reed Exhibitions aware of your failure to agree with the terms and conditions will be taken as acceptance of the terms and conditions.
Reed Exhibitions may vary these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any variations become effective on posting on the Online Retailer Website. By making a purchase after the terms and conditions have been varied, you agree to be bound by the variation.
General Terms and Conditions
The following conditions are both of sale (including any resale or subsequent assignment) and conditions of attendance at the event:
Pricing, Cancellations and ticket replacement
Pricing - all prices presented are exclusive of GST at 10%.
Cancellations must be made prior to the event taking place. No refund or exchange on any ticket except as required by law and as otherwise specified by the seller. Refunds will only be made in extenuating circumstances and at the absolute discretion of the organisers (Reed Exhibitions). If a refund is made, Reed Exhibitions may, to the extent permitted by law, retain any fee it has charged in respect of covering administration and or cancellation fees.
The right is reserved to charge a fee for the replacement of tickets. Reed Exhibitions reserves the right not to replace tickets where the loss is deemed, by Reed Exhibitions, to be reckless or repeated.
Reed Exhibitions cannot and do not accept any financial or other responsibility for any loss or liability incurred.
Speakers and timings may be subject to change.
Reed Exhibitions reserve the right to add, withdraw, reschedule or substitute speakers and / or vary advertised programs, prices, venues, seating arrangements and audience capacity.
Rights of Reed Exhibitions Australia
Reed Exhibitions reserve the right to refuse admission to any person without assigning reason.
Reed Exhibitions reserve the right to remove any person from the exhibition premises without assigning any reason.
The sale of articles in the gangways or anywhere in the exhibition and/ or KickStart premises is strictly prohibited except with the written permission of Reed Exhibitions, and Reed Exhibitions reserve the right at their absolute discretion to confiscate such articles for infringement of this condition.
In the interest of security Reed Exhibitions reserve the right to search handbags, briefcases, parcels, luggage etc and also to institute personal body search.
Reed Exhibitions reserve the right where the ticket holder arrives late to delay admittance until a suitable break in the programme.
Entry may be refused if tickets are damaged or defaced in any way or are not purchased from Reed Exhibitions or other authorised points of sale.
Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may not, without the prior written consent of Reed Exhibitions and the seller, be resold or offered for resale at a premium (including via on-line auction sites) or used for advertising, promotion or other commercial purposes (including competitions and trade promotions) or to enhance the demand for other goods or services, either by the original purchaser or any subsequent bearer. If a ticket is sold or used in breach of this condition, the ticket may be cancelled without a refund and the bearer of the ticket may be refused admission.
Promotional Use of images
Ticket holders may be filmed, photographed and sound recorded for future publicity material.
Animals (except guide dogs for the blind) are not admitted.
