Learn mindfulness meditation practices and explore how mindfulness can help you in working with stress and other difficulties. The techniques we’ll be exploring are a key to a different way of living.

This day is an excellent way to get a taste of them and a good introduction to the full Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction Course. It’s suitable for beginners and also people who already meditate and would like to understand better how meditation can help address stress and respond better to challenges and difficulties.

Please bring loose clothing and contribution to the shared vegetarian lunch.

Mindfulness in Action offers mindfulness courses and events in Cardiff and Bristol. The trainer for this course is Vishvapani Blomfield, an experienced mindfulness trainer who has been meditating for 30 years. He's known as a writer and broadcaster on meditation, mindfulness and Buddhism.
