TRE Module 2: Geneva Aug 2016

Date: 19 -21 Aug 2016, 9.30-5.30pm

Tutor: Steve Haines

Venue: Rue du Village 57, 1214 Vernier, Geneva

The workshop will cover skills to work with groups, support to deepen into the theory and practice of TRE, as well as demonstrations of interventions to assist the tremors.  The course will be very practical. Each morning and afternoon session you will be supported through the exercises and tremors. There will be lots of time for discussion and sharing of experiences. The 3 day workshop is part of the process to be accredited as a TRE Certified Provider, for the TRE Certified Provider requirements (updated Sept 2014) click here.  Module 2 will include:

- Deepening of Module 1 content

- Debrief of practice teaching experiences

- Review of the Areas of Awareness in the Practice of TRE® paper

- Role of fascia in TRE®

- TRE® basic interventions (touch and non-touch energy expanding interventions)

- TRE® modifications

- Working within your scope of practice, knowledge, and competency

- Ethical awareness

The three day Module 2 workshop is only open to trainees who have completed Module 1 and are engaged in the TRE supervision process. (NB If you have completed the old Level 1 training prior to 2015, you can still attend, but contact steve.haines@mac.com). The certification program takes about a 6 to 9 months. The key elements are two 3 day workshops – Module 1 and Module 2 – about 3 months apart, a significant supervision process on teaching individuals and groups and lots of self practice, check here for an overview. The training is certified by TRE LLC, the global governing body for TRE.
