About the RCCR/NEON Spring Education Tour
The RCCR program collaborates to deliver exceptional critical care to the small and rural hospitals and community nursing stations within the NW LHIN, providing real time resuscitative support by leveraging technology provided by the Ontario Telemedicine Network. In addition RCCR supports regional staff through hands on education and SIM learning experiences.
NEON Outreach nurse provides neurosurgical education and support to the regional hospitals. In addition, supporting each hospital with accessing neurosurgical care and with repatriation of patients to their home hospital.

Teaching Strategies
Learning will occur through live lectures, hands on break out stations, SIM scenario and group discussions. Active learning is valued and you are expected to participate in the learning activities.
